I don't know on what basis my attorney sent my I-485/I-765/I-131 to National Benefit Center in Missouri. While the I-485 was transferred, I-131 & I-765 continues to be with NBC. I-145/I-130 (employment category, EB3) September 2021: Biometrics appointment. I filed expedited. February 2022: Case transferred to NBC at Lee's Summit. I asked my attorney what this meant and she said Lee's Summit is just a relay point for your case to be forwarded to the USCIS office closest to your home address (Philadelphia).Following are the details -. I-130 ->Receipt Number - "IOE09****", Service Center on NOA - National Benefits Center, USCIS, Lee's Summit, MO - 64002. I-485 -> Receipt Number "IOE09****", Service Center on NOA - National Benefits Center, USCIS, Overland Park, KS - 66225. Appreciate any thoughts! Looking at this as I am exactly in the same boat ....
